CADD & Manual Drafting Classes:

Chapters throughout the Region have had Senior High School students hard at work on their CAD Design or Manual Drafting contest sponsored by NAWIC.
This contest provides recognition to students for creative design, successful problem solving and craftsmanship in preparing architectural drawings and renderings.

All entrants receive a project package with a design problem created by a licensed Architect, a site description and plan and a list of required drawings. The finished projects are judged by construction professionals and local winning projects are than submitted to Regional competition.

WHO'S ELIBIBLE?

Any student in senior high school with an interest in architecture, construction or engineering with a faculty sponsor.

TWO SEPARATE COMPETITIONS - ONE FOR CAD PROJECTS, ONE FOR MANUALLY DRAWN PROJECTS

Contact Sharon Winterberg for more information on this project.

Monthly meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month. Check the regional calendar for updates
